Beach Horseback Ride & Wine Tasting

Ride the beaches on America’s oldest cattle ranch.

Experience horseback riding along the scenic shores of Montauk, the eastern-most point of Long Island. Our journey takes us to Deep Hollow Ranch, the oldest working cattle ranch in the United States where ranching has been a way of life for 350 years.

After an introduction to your horse and a lesson in riding, you will saddle up western style. For an hour and a half you will wind through breathtaking scenery and pristine coastline. Your expert wranglers will guide you along the way with their years of experience and passion for riding.

Goodbyes can be hard, but after your ride it’s time to say farewell to your new four-legged friend. Next stop is Duck Walk Vineyards where you will get to sample their award wining wines. Set among acres of beautiful grapes in a Normandy Chateau-style building, Duck Walk’s tasting room is unquestionably one of the most beautiful and stylish on Long Island.

  • Union Square: 4th Avenue between 14th and 15th in front of Starbucks
  • DEPART
  • 7:30 AM. Arrive at 7:15 AM for check in.
  • RETURN
  • Approximately 6:30 PM, same location.
  • WEAR
  • Pants or jeans for riding; warm coat, hat and gloves; comfortable shoes or boots; thick socks; hand warmers.
  • BRING
  • Water and lunch.
