David Tacheny is the founder of Proformence Athletics, a company who’s aim is to give everyday athletes the tools to live an active, healthy lifestyle every day. David’s passion for outdoor sports including paddling, adventure racing, hiking and climbing, have influenced his style of personal training. Over the past six years, many New Yorkers live a more healthy, active and strong life as a result of David’s training.
