Power Morning Chocolate Oats: Because who doesn't want chocolate in the morning?

Power Morning Chocolate Oats

INGREDIENTS:
1 sauce pan
1/2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup dried currants (Or your favorite dried fruit. Cranberries and raisins are great, too).
1 heaping tablespoon sunflower butter
1 tablespoon flax meal
2 tablespoons chocolate chips or broken up dark chocolate, for sweetening

DIRECTIONS:

Cook the oats in water in a sauce pan until they are soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and give it all a good stir so the chocolate is melted and well-incorporated. That's it.

Tip: These are awesome with a cup of cowboy coffee, since I never mange to bring a filter with me.
