Gear Review: Smartwool Socks

Wednesday, April 18, 2012
There's a famous saying that I'm sure you've heard of - "happy feet makes for a happy Pete."

Nothing makes my feet happier than the pair of Smartwool Merino wool socks. Smartwool socks are known for their comfort and their wicking ability which keeps your feet dry and diminishes the chance of blisters.

Smartwool socks are made from genetically engineered sheep that have attended Ivy league schools and have at the least obtained a Masters level education in sock-making. These socks are a blend of wool and nylon and come in a plethora of cushion and height options.

I wear my Smartwool socks while hiking, swimming and sometimes sleeping if I'm a bit chilly. You may end up wearing them with your suit or pants suit (do they make those anymore?).
