Your Day

In this exclusive Discover Outdoors experience, you will learn technique, safety, pro tips and tricks, ocean awareness and more from legendary professional surfer and X-Games competitor, Sam Hammer. You and your small team will have private group attention before hitting the board to test your new skills in the open sea on a surfboard that's all yours for the day.

Between swims, enjoy the sun and sand with new friends and be back to the city in time for your Saturday night plans. Just be prepared for the "oohs and ahhs" when you tell folks about your day.

Perfect for: First time surfers, experienced surfers seeking a relaxing day, anyone looking for a fun, beach day

Weather conditions can be quite different from the city in the natural regions we visit. Temperatures can be quite cooler as we head north or to higher elevations. Keep your eyes out for an email from our team a few days in advance of your trip. That email will provide updated weather conditions and will alert you to anything additional you should put in your pack to prepare. We head outside in any weather, as long as we know it's safe, and we don't let a little rain or wind ruin a chance for an adventure. You can contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions about preparing for conditions.
